Everything seems fine in firefox but in ” IE version 8.0.6001.18702 ”  I get the following error when on a video page:

I recently became aware of this issue with IE8 and am working with the Open Ads Plugin vendor to resolve.  As soon as the issue is taken care of, I will update everyone's installation.

Also, I have suspended sales of V-Ads until this is taken care of.  Once the issue is resolved, I will make V-Ads available again.

Ok, I found the problem.

There was a comma "," where it shouldn't be.  I got the issue corrected now and will be updating everyone's site shortly.
