Great demo template!

1) Does the template comes in Red theme? If not, how difficult is it to modify into a Red theme?
2) Where did the movie trailers content come from?
3) The template comes with ADs for JW Player (using Longtail AD Solution)?
4) The template background image can be easily modified?
5) The cost is $49.99 per template unit?

Hi Michelle,

Shawn will be able to give you some more definitive answers than mine, but for what its worth:

1) Does the template comes in Red theme? If not, how difficult is it to modify into a Red theme?

I believe there are future plans to provide different colours, However, I am not quite sure of the timeline.  If you have a little html and css background the templates are quite easy to modify. In fact, the design lends to it!

The template comes with ADs for JW Player (using Longtail AD Solution)?

The template comes with both Flowplayer and JW Player templates. You get to select which player you want to use. 

The Flowplayer templates are basically set up to run OpenX ads(free opensource script). So you can run your own ads.

On the other hand, I don't think this is currently an option which is yet available for JW Player.  However, if you wish to run Longtail ads its reasonably easy to set up yourself.  See here:

The template background image can be easily modified?

Yes!

If you are talking about the background in the demo, it is actually an advertising background. Click and you will get a redirect to the advertiser. Easily changed through OpenX.

Basically if you are just starting to explore Eclipse options, you should realize that it a 'living template', in that Shawn is continually working on the template to incorporate improvements and suggestions from his clients.  You can see the evolution here:

My personal opinion, is that the template is a very reasonable price, with great support. If you research the various posts on the forum, I think you will find that it supports my personal opinion.

As initially said, the best answers will come from PHPmotionwiz and Shawn, this is just a starter response.

yes of course you can pick the version of the template version you like. However, you have to take into consideration any 'bug fixes' or improvements that have been made in the template.

Shawn always publishes upgrade logs, so you can upgrade with a minimum of effort, and pick those features that you wish to upgrade, and those you don't. However, it does require manual editing of files. I  do this with one of my sites, because it has a customized template. Not too hard to do.

If you are referring to layout. You can always stick with the layout you prefer and just upgrade features you wish manually.  I am sure Shawn will answer any questions you have about this!

As I haven't seen the background ads mod as a stand-alone product, I would think that the background ads were specific to Eclipse. However, I will leave this question for Shawn to answer, as I am not completely sure what his answer might be?

Unfortunately, since I don't work with PHPmotiontemplates.com any longer and don't own the rights to those templates, I do not provide support for them.

Eclipse was designed from the beginning with background ads in mind.  I have no plans to release it as a stand alone mod.  Many of the other stand-alone mods are compatible with aquarius however.

The trailers came from http://trailers.apple.com.  You'll need a pro Quicktime license to download them.
