Videos aren't uploading

I uploaded two .mov files (at separeate times) and a message says, 'thank you, your video will be processed shortly', I looked in my , assuming I was supposed to approve the video, but there was nothing there, and the video didn't show in the video section. Any help would be appreciated.

Your server may not be set up to handle the video codec.  With a MOV file, I'm guessing it's using h.264 which some servers are not set up to use.  In this case, you will need to contact your host.

Video conversion issues are almost always host related.

I'm using bounceweb, and they say they support h.264 encoding

Hi Michael,

this would appear to be a conversion issue, and not an Eclipse template support issue. So, probably the most appropriate place to ask the question about this  conversion issue would be on the PHPmotion forum:

They will probably be able to give you the best answer, as they wrote the conversion script and Bounceweb is one of their recommended hosts.

Try uploading the video to the beta site and see if it converts.
